Thanks for sharing – we are going to give this a try this week. We will probably make a big batch and freeze it. Pinning to our “Paleo Meals” Pinterest board – thanks!

Can’t wait to try this recipe but shouldn’t there be some type of “liquid” as well (i.e. water, beef stock, etc)???

I used beef and chicken instead of the bison meat and threw in a diced turnip because what is a caveman meal with only one root veggie :)

This recipe BLEW ME AWAY it was so good. I’m generally a fan of my own cooking (LOL!) but this recipe really wow’d me. I made it with beef instead of bison and am already planning to make it again next week. SUPER delish!

This was the first recipe I’ve cooked off your website; I’m fairly new to the paleo lifestyle but am excited to eat healthier and cleaner. I have to say this recipe was excellent! I added an additional Serrano pepper to spice things up further and it worked out perfect. Thanks for all the great tips and recipes…I look forward to trying many more on here.

The only cut of bison I’ve ever had was bison tongue…but this looks like a fantastic and simple stew! I may have to source out some bison meat…

Looks yummy. Why does bison meat have to be so expensive! It’s running $8.99/lb here – but that’s just the ground bison meat. I’ll wait until they put it on sale :(
