I honestly can’t think of a more commonly misused tool in the kitchen; so let me show you how to use them right!

I’ll show you how to sharpen a knife and the difference between sharpening and honing. I’ll also go through some dos and don’ts for knife care—there are some that you probably haven’t even heard before. We’ll even get into cutting boards and what kind you should be using right now.
