  • 2 tablespoons of minced shallots
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • A half cup of chicken stock
  • A half teaspoon of dried thyme

Only Four Steps to Prepare This Incredible Recipe

Step 1

Heat the unsalted butter in a 12-inch skillet. Include shallots and sauté on medium until it almost turns brown and soft. Put the stock and cook until the stock has reduced by half.

Step 2

Stir with the duck spreadable mixture after being removed from heat. Heat gradually for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper with thyme. Bring down from heat and cover for warmth.

Step 3

Put a pot of salted water on heat and allow it to boil. Then add pasta and cook for about 5 minutes until it’s firm. Drain the water well.

Step 4

Transfer Pasta into a skillet and place over low heat. Add truffles if you want. Use tongs to turn pasta until it mixes with the sauce. Share into two warm soup plates and enjoy!
