Lemon Pepper Broccoli

Here is a quick go to recipe that will compliment anything your heart desires.  You can steam them to your liking just remember not to overcook them so you don’t cook the nutrients right out of them.  I served these with some amazing BBQ Ribs and they were Oh so delicious.  Hope you enjoy :)

Lemon Pepper Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads of broccoli trimmed into florets
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place your broccoli florets in your steamer basket
  • Instead of water you are going to use your chicken stock to steam your broccoli
  • Season your broccoli with the lemon pepper seasoning, salt and pepper to your taste liking
  • Place on the burner and steam away, should take about 10-12 minutes to get it perfect with a little crunch
  • Enjoy
