So while I was doing my grocery shopping for my Cave yesterday, I happened to walk by some pork chops that were on sale that weren’t on my list and had to grab them to make a dish with. So here you go, these came out absolutely amazing.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your grill on medium high for at least 10 minutes
- While your grill is preheating, pat dry your pork chops with a paper towel and wrap each one with two slices of bacon overlapping them and securing them with toothpicks
- Season both sides of the chops with generous amounts of salt and pepper
- Go place your chops on the grill with the lid down and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side only flipping once or until the internal temperature reaches 155-160 degrees
- While your chops are grilling, mix your lime juice, garlic, evoo, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl and whisk well
- Add salt and pepper to your taste liking
- Once your pork chops are done, serve them over a bed of steamed broccoli and drizzle with your Citrus Vinagrette
- Enjoy
