Preheat your grill on medium high for at least 10 minutes
While your grill is preheating, pat dry your pork chops with a paper towel and wrap each one with two slices of bacon overlapping them and securing them with toothpicks
Season both sides of the chops with generous amounts of salt and pepper
Go place your chops on the grill with the lid down and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side only flipping once or until the internal temperature reaches 155-160 degrees
While your chops are grilling, mix your lime juice, garlic, evoo, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl and whisk well
Add salt and pepper to your taste liking
Once your pork chops are done, serve them over a bed of steamed broccoli and drizzle with your Citrus Vinagrette
