So here you go, I am at it again, and it is just in hopes that you all understand how much I appreciate all the support I always receive from each and everyone of you.  Some of you have been around since the beginning and others just recently, but most of you know some sort of tid-bit about my life.  And in case you didn’t, I am going to tell you some right now.  My goal is to change this world. Whether it is from changing one persons life and affecting change throughout the world, or having a mass reach and making this earth a better place to live.  I lost my father way too young, way before he ever got to see the Man I have become, but his passing is what motivated me to make a change.  I had so many strangers always stepping their game up to support me when they could have turned the other way and that is my driving force to keep paying it forward.

Some of you complain there are too many steps to enter these giveaways.  Others don’t enter because you think you won’t win.  Some just think I am trying to buy fans.  Well NEWSFLASH for all of that, I just like to GIVE FREE STUFF AWAY.  It is my way of paying it forward and hopefully instilling excitement and drive in someone to change their lives and pay it forward.  So yes I love and need more fans on all my social media outlets to allow me to get more prizes donated to turn around and give to you.  And yes sometimes there are a whopping 6 required steps to enter (totalling 31 seconds of your life, in which you may win thousands of $$$$ worth of merchandise), because those are the rules laid out by the companies donating these amazing prizes.  And your right, you may not win, but all the other people entering won’t mind slightly better chances so there is no need to leave me a comment telling me you didn’t enter, just have a nice day elsewhere.  End of Caveman rant.     I have a child with type 1 diabetes and we’ve been looking at trying a paleoish diet to help reverse some of the damage done to his body and also to our own–weight issues and autoimmune problems. I found your website when looking for grain free recipes to try. I’ve been fighting my weight issues since young adulthood and especially since many efforts at low cal/low fat diets which wrecked my body even more than the few extra pounds I carried predieting. Whenever we cut the grains and eat more of a paleo style diet, I start to shed pounds and my son’s fasting insulin requirements drop dramatically. Thanks for the giveaway!

    I just started my paleo lifeless this would mean the world to me to win! I have lost (20) lbs before switching to Paleo. I cooked it for the first time today and OH MY…how have I lived my whole life without it!!!

    We are changing our diet and buying only grassfed beef, naturally grown vegies/fruits (planning a patio “garden” as we don’t have a yard so we can grow our own) and we’d like to include paleo as well and this would be the perfect “starter kit”. Thank you for all you do!

    Thanks for the giveaway! I know that I’ve shared on FB and Pinterest, but I’m having trouble doing so on Twitter. I dont really use it that much, so I’m kind of illiterate on there. I posted on the 3rd of Sept, but for the life of me cant figure out how to do so again:( Thanks for all the recipes too, your meatloaf has been a house FAVE for a couple months now;)

    It would be so awesome to win this. September 17th is my son’s 11th birthday! Born just 6 days after 9/11 in Manhattan with a severe congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. He is doing really well now after 3 open heart surgeries and eating (almost) paleo and (usually) gluten free! :) Congenital Heart Defects are the #1 birth defect affecting 1 out of every 100 babies born. (Always spreading awareness) :)

    On a more positive note, your site has had a HUGE role in assisting me to get gluten-free, and that has made a big dent in the constant fatigue I was feeling (at the age of 24). I’ve been trying some of your recipes since last February, and I love nearly all of them! Also, your mention of the 21 day sugar detox piqued my interest; after further research, I liked what I saw and bought the book. I have done it twice now, and I have never felt better than when I was doing that. I’m just about to give it another go.

    For the last one about posting a link, I couldn’t seem to get a link of me “sharing” the post on facebook, so my link is just directly to my Facebook page. You will see giveaway post there. Does that work? I haven’t had enough coffee yet and gave up on copying the link, when all it wanted to do was open your web page… Keeping my fingers crossed!
