Who’s ready for another recipe round-up?  This time we attack the oh so sweet day of the year, Halloween.  I was so thrilled to hear about this Teal Pumpkin project that is designed for children with allergies. Now to make their day even more special, here is a lineup of delicious recipes that they can eat and not get sick.  Not to mention, we know the best part of the holiday is eating all the leftover treats or sneaking some snacks, and this time you can do it guilt-free.  I hope you have an amazing Halloween however you decided to celebrate :)

Pumpkin Butter Cups

from Civilized Caveman Cooking Creations

I was never a huge Reese’s fan but once going grain & gluten free I became quite the chocolate fan.  This recipe is amazing because you can use every ounce of creativity you have to play with the flavors.  I still love the pumpkin the most and I know there are way better combinations waiting to be discovered.  Enjoy getting creative.

Homemade Twix Bar

Carrie always blows my mind with her creativity and delicious creations.  I really wish she was my neighbor so I could be the neighborhood taste tester. I have a confession too, I have NEVER had a really Twix in my life. I would normally consider being sad but not when I can go to town on these.  Happy Halloween to me :)

 Homemade Paleo Reese’s Cup

from Bravo for Paleo

Sometimes we just need a simple recipe to meet our chocolate fix.  That is what this recipe accomplishes. Only two ingredients and tons of flavor and happiness on the other side.  Thank you Bravo for Paleo for the reminder that simple can always be better, or in this case just as delicious.

 Homemade Almond Joys

from Rubies and Radishes

I have realized while typing this round up that I didn’t eat a lot of candy in my life.  I have never had an Almond Joy either but that is about to change.  I foresee lots of dishes and chocolate in my near future to remediate these discrepancies in happiness.

 Paleo Thin Mints

from Lexi’s Clean Kitchen

Girl Scout Cookies, Girl Scout Cookies, Girl Scout Cookies!!! I know so many people addicted to them and here is a perfect reason to be addicted to your own kitchen and have them anytime you like.  Lexi did an amazing job recreating these delicious, addictive thin mints. Enjoy.

 Paleo Pumpkin Caramels

from Life Made Full

It’s Fall which means Pumpkin everything.  How could you ever go wrong with Pumpkin and caramel combined together in one amazing flavor.  That’s right, you can’t.  If anyone wants to make extras of these, I will give you my mailing address to feed my family and I :)

 Homemade Rolo’s

These things look insane.  Just make sure you substitute the peanut butter for another nut butter like almond butter or sun butter.  We don’t do peanuts on Paleo and also because they are one of the most toxic foods ever.  Let me know in the comments how you make these.

Homemade Butterfingers

from Detoxinista

Holy Moly these looks delicious.  Butterfingers are another candy that I have never eaten in my life.  I honestly feel like I haven’t missed anything with all these delicious alternatives that are better for me.  Now it’s my turn to get addicted to homemade deliciousness.

Snickers Layers Bars

from Peachy Palate

Wow, so the more I type this post the more I realize that you must think I am really weird because I never had these classic candy bars.  Snickers were another one that I never tried and after this post I am planning a candy weekend.  I will make this all, watch some movies and just eat.  Here’s to sugar coma as healthy as possible.

Homemade Healthy Mounds

from Domestic Diva

Saving the best for last in that I have actually had a real mounds bar before.  Shocker, right?  I love the flavor combinations and the Paleo Mounds bars are even better than the traditional.  I love eating classics while treating my body well. Enjoy.

That rounds out our Halloween round-up! I hope you enjoy trying these beautiful not so spooky recipes as much I enjoy sharing them. Please let me know what you think of this new idea and feel free to submit any ingredient or theme requests for us to feature in future round-ups. We love your feedback and want to make sure you’re getting everything you need and more than you could expect from this site. Now, go prepare this delicious menu for your loved ones and let us know what you made :)

This all looks so good but it concerns me that the recipes require so much sweetner, one recipe called for a cup of maple syrup. You are already getting sugar in the chocolate.
