Method
- Preheat your grill on high
- Ensure you have allowed your steak to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes to ensure even cooking temperatures
- Rub bacon fat on both sides of your steak and season with my Caveman Rub to your preference
- Go grill the steak to your taste liking. On the high heat I did mine for about 3 minutes per side. This depends on the thickness of your steak and how you like it done. I normally pull mine off at 135 Degrees F and let it rest for 10 minutes so it normally cooks to 142-ish.
- When done grilling, ensure you cover the steak with aluminum foil for 10 minutes to let rest and reabsorb its juices
- Plate your steak over any yummy vegetables you want. I did some grilled asparagus and enjoy your meal
