Ingredients Method

Ingredients

16 ounces brewed hug in a mug coffee
2 tablespoons grass-fed or raw butter or coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
pinch of salt
1 scoop collagen peptides
2 ounces of your favorite adult beverage

Method

Combine all ingredients except the alcohol in a blender, food processor or large container and use an immersion blender to blend this extremely well (around 30 seconds)
Add the alcohol (optional) and then stir gently
Serve immediately and enjoy
