Balsamic Grilled Chicken with Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 boneless
skinless chicken breasts
2
tablespoons
balsamic vinegar
1
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
dijon mustard
1
tablespoon
thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well, place in a ziploc bag
Rinse your chicken breasts with cold water and pat dry
Place your chicken breasts in the ziploc bag with the marinade and ensure you get a nice even coating
Place in the refrigerator and let marinade for 30 minutes or up to 24 Hours
Preheat your
grill
on medium heat to around 400 degrees
Once your grill is warm, grill your chicken breasts until done, should be about 8-10 Minutes per side depending on the thickness of the breast
Plate and top with some sun dried tomatoes marinated in olive oil and serve with some steamed vegetables
