Preheat your grill on a medium heat, about 450-550 degrees Fahrenheit
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, onion, arugala, and garlic and mix well
Next add in the turkey, egg, and almond flour and knead it well with your hands to ensure an even spread of ingredients
Once mixed well, form your burger patties at least 3/4 inch thick, I made mine the size of my palm and got 6 of them
Place on your hot grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side or until done. Make sure you let them cook well on the first side so they stay together when you flip them
Once done remove from the grill. I plated mine with Paleo Biscuits that I made from Robb Wolfs site
I then used my strawberry salsa and garnished the top with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
