Ensure you have allowed your steak to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes to ensure even cooking temperatures
Rub bacon fat on both sides of your steak and season with my Caveman Rub to your preference
Go grill the steak to your taste liking. On the high heat I did mine for about 3 minutes per side. This depends on the thickness of your steak and how you like it done. I normally pull mine off at 135 Degrees F and let it rest for 10 minutes so it normally cooks to 142-ish.
When done grilling, ensure you cover the steak with aluminum foil for 10 minutes to let rest and reabsorb its juices
Plate your steak over any yummy vegetables you want. I did some grilled asparagus and enjoy your meal
